Total  decorating budget is generally $250.00 (or less) for Tigers and Wolfs tasks

Food budget is based on # coming and may have a subsidy from pack budget in years the popcorn sales are good

Set Up and make Decorations for the tables

Plan and decide what decorations you want as the centerpieces for the tables

We have 12-14 vases from previous dinners they can use if they choose

Speak to Tiger Leader about the responsibilities so they are not overwhelmed

Will need 15-17 centerpieces

Work with Wolfs on table-setup and balloons

Set-up Cafeteria/Auditorium

Table cloths 15-17 new disposable (decide on table shapes) *Try to order in bulk from Oriental Trading*

Check with Boston Market on how much lead time they need

Order Food from Boston Market

Drinks: Bulk water and juice served in cups

Order Cake from Market Basket (2) and Ice Cream from Kimballs (2 tubs)

Check on food permit that vendor is licensed by BOH

Organize food arrival night of the dinner and serve

Make sure we have adequate utensils/cups/napkins (Need extra for desert)

Flag/ Clean up / Collect Money-RSVPs

Flag is being taken care of and cleaned for ceremony

Clean up after the dinner - items not bussed etc.

Organizer or Web I Parent will send an e-mail to membership explaining we need payment for dinner by March Pack meeting.

All money collected goes to Treasurer
